Who would have thought that, living in a Co-Op, you could still have one of the most outstanding designer galley kitchens ever? From the tile flooring, which had to be leveled first, to the overhead and under-counter lighting, Gustavo and his team did a wonderful job working in a small space. They gave us twice the storage capacity and put trim and crown molding around the cabinets to boot.

Because it was a Co-Op, they had to get and display permits from the city. In addition, the Co-Op had its own sheaf of papers and requirements that had to be filled or otherwise dealt with. Gustavo and his electrical and plumbing subcontractors had all the required licenses and insurance so that they could get past these obstacles without trouble. Gustavo got through the red tape and bureaucracy in relatively short order.

From the very beginning we knew we had hired professionals. They had a long hallway to move their tools into and out of the building. They laid drop cloths the whole way. Our superintendent commented on their professionalism and stopped coming by to examine the work they were doing after the first week.

Gustavo and his men went to great lengths to protect our furniture and carpeting as when they laid hard floor squares on top of our carpet so that none of the tools or cabinets would cause damage. They vacuumed the workspace every day and did it with pride in the finished product.

We give Gustavo Lojano GC the highest marks in our evaluation. We will certainly use him in the future when we redo both our bathrooms. We would recommend him to relatives and strangers alike.

Their training, experience, meticulous attention to detail, and work ethic are manifest in everything they do.They did a total renovation of my kitchen, stripping it down to the studs and rebuilding it with the same care and attention as if it were their own. It has been 3 months since they completed the job and everyday I marvel at the perfection of their work. I recommend them without hesitation and with the greatest pleasure.

I've used Gustavo for several large very technical projects. His work is always technically perfect. He's slightly more expensive than many small general contractors but is worth it for the quality and getting things done the right way. He's my goto guy for any work on my house.

Mr. Lojano did a wonderful job renovating our kitchen and he did a good job refinishing our floors and repainting the interiors. His work was to our expectations and he was generally responsive to our demands. He stayed within the budget and tried to accommodate all of our needs. I would recommend his services and will be comfortable using his services again.

After meeting with 5 or 6 general contractors we chose Gustavo Lojano to remodel our 2 second floor bathrooms and we are very glad we did. From start to finish Gustavo and his crew were total professionals with a special mention to "Manny", one of Gustavo's exceptional workers. The scheduling of the back to back jobs was important to us since both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays were involved. Everything was completed as promised and on time without any glitches. There was no disruption to our holidays! The workmanship was excellent as was the attention to detail. Our bathrooms turned out better than we expected. Everyone who sees them raves about how beautiful they turned out. At the end of each work day the workers cleaned up after themselves including daily vacuuming which was also very important to us. The sub-contractors (plumber & Electrician) he used were also excellent. I highly recommend Gustavo for all your general contracting needs and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We hired Gustavo to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with the outcome.He and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. After interviewing a number of local contractors, we hired Gustavo Lojano GC for our 2015 master bathroom renovation due to major leaking through the shower pan and into the sub-floor and kitchen below. Gustavo and his co-workers first did a great job on a very difficult bathroom floor and shower stall demolition, given the under-floor heating (hot water) elements already in place. He then totally renovated the floor and shower (saddle and pan) making the floor perfectly flat and the whole bathroom beautiful again with matching marble tiles to the existing ones. He created a beautiful rug-like design in various sizes of marble tile in the center of the bathroom, demonstrating his artistic capabilities, as well. Gustavo always delivers on his promises and always arrives early and stays late. He is an honest, hard working, talented contractor. He provides excellent value for money and worked extremely well with our insurance company on the successful claim we made. We would recommend him to anyone.
